The M.2 SSD 830S’s space-saving 80mm M.2 form factor is designed to meet future market demands of ultra-thin computing devices, such as Ultrabook, tablet computers and laptops. It features the latest SATA III 6Gb/s specification, DDR3 DRAM cache, and is comprised of high-quality 3D NAND Flash chips.
